Short and simple. 30 mins of energy system work. This means we get the heart rate pumping in various ways. Everything from high-intensity bursts on the machines to longer endurance cardio blocks.
SHORT & SHARP | SWEATY | CARDIO
This circuit-style class is a fusion of movement and cardiovascular strength training methods. Expect to use conditioning kit like ski ergs, bike ergs, kettlebells and bodyweight movements.
HIGH ENERGY | CARDIO | SWEATY
A much more relaxing style of class to our usual sessions. An opportunity for you to down regulate from a busy life and focus on moving better, stretching, flowing and maximising your mobility.
MOBILITY | RECOVERY | CALMING
Every member is on their own fitness journey, we tailor each session around their individual needs.
Delivering our personal training in small groups makes it much more cost effective while still allowing the coach to give each member personal attention.
